We are currently looking for two more community members to serve on our Board. Experience in Finance, Human Resources, Governance, Fundraising or Health Services would be an asset.
As a local non-profit agency we rely on community members to volunteer with us in support of our Vision, “Communities where all people are welcomed and valued” and our Mission, “Delivery of innovative programs and services to support self-determination and purposeful lives, guided by community, social and basic human needs”.
We provide service to children and families living in the communities of Prince Rupert, Port Edward, Lax Kw’alaams, Kitkatla (Lax Klan), Hartley Bay, Metlakatla and Haida Gwaii and welcome expressions of interest from any of our surrounding communities.
Please note that new Directors are appointed by the current Board of Directors after a review process.
